Bonafidio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with your Bonafidio subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
Our payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at support@bonafid.io with your order number and we'll process the refund through Stripe.
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
